-Semana Santa, also known as Holy Week, is a week leading up to Easter Sunday. Strong men carrry around very heavy float. This is an honor to carry a float around.




-"cofradias" are a group of christians trying to promote christian ideas. They wear outfits simulair to the kkk but have been around long before them and have noting to do with the kkk.
